2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
This web site uses an application program that functions as a dictionary tool designed to help internet users obtain instant dictionary definitions for words appearing in text on internet web pages without referring to a web based or hard copy dictionary. It works in two ways. First, the user can paste any text onto the screen on the XemanteX.com web site, and then double click on any word to obtain a dictionary definition. Second, the user can type in the electronic address or uniform resource locator (“URL”) of any web site and then view that URL’s unaltered web page within the frame of the XemanteX.com web site, and then double click on any word to obtain a dictionary definition. In the latter instance, the user views the requested web site just as if he/she had entered that same address in their web browser’s address line with all of the requested site’s original advertisements and links. In effect, the user’s browser retrieves the requested web page associated with that URL from the requested web site’s server and displays it on the user’s screen within the XemanteX.com web site in order to apply the dictionary application program. However, XemanteX exercises no control over and does not review any content or text displayed as a result of the user’s actions.
3. TERMS OF SERVICE
You will use the site and any content found on the site solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the site to upload, distribute or otherwise disseminate through the site any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, invasive of another’s privacy, harmful or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. You will not reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit, make a derivative work, modify, transfer, sell or in any way exploit any of the copyrighted content, in whole or in part, of this site.
4. AUTOMATED QUERYING
XemanteX prohibits and restricts any automated querying for its services. You may not send requests through any automatic mechanism to obtain content via XemanteX. “Automated Querying” includes, among other things: 1) Using a machine or software to send requests to XemanteX for language related services.

XemanteX reserves the right to make changes at any time to content, services, information, TOS or any other content without notice and without assigning any reasons.
